A letter to the caged girl

img_0147My letter to the caged girl

who had bitten me twice

was made of wire

once more and I would

turn

into the key and

she would become

me

my letter full of grammatical mistakes

I didn’t know how to express what needed to be

released

in a way it was me who was in the cage

and she

existing only

in my head
